are you getting one as a graduation present? Or are you buying one yourself?

And sorry I never replied to that one entry, I didn't really know what to say. Other than I'm sure you'll figure things out. Everything will ease into it's proper place with time. You don't have to start college next fall. You can always wait until Spring semester until you figure out something.

that's thing problem, i think i'm getting one for my birthday, but i don't know for sure! if not, i might get one for graduation, i don't know! : /

nah, i understand. totally.
i would love to skip a semester, but i also want to be done as soon as i can. i'm slowly figuring things out, i'm just changing my mind everyday! but i have a while to make a decision.

about the computer thing- you should just straight up ask "Am I getting a laptop for birthday/graduation?" and just tell them you would really like to know so you can be prepared. That's what I did- I asked my parents and said I needed to know if I should take out a loan since I needed one for school.

And that's the thing, you really WILL need a [reliable] computer of your own once college starts. I promise.
